Morris Lake was 5 inches below the top of the spillway on 4.13.15.
We held a meeting this week to discuss mitigation planning with the County of Sussex. Deb Danielson is coordinating our efforts and will attend the April 23rd workshop meeting.
Interviews are being scheduled for the clerical support positions in both Community Development and Municipal Clerk offices.

The valves were placed on the 10” main and 16” main on Tuesday by the contractor for 85 Sparta LLC. Thrust blocks were poured on Wednesday. The contractor will now begin placing the new pipe in the ground. The Town is anticipating going on Sparta water the week of April 27th.
Fox Hollow Lake - the Town was notified by Bureau of Safe Drinking Water that we do not need to apply for a permit. The only request is that they have the plans on file. Dave Simmons will be providing the construction plans to NJDEP.
The meeting with the County regarding Hicks Avenue Proforma has been scheduled for Tuesday, April 21st at 9:00 a.m.
I received a resignation letter this week from our Deputy Court Administrator. I will discuss next steps with court staff and the AOC.
A reminder that emails were sent recently to those that are required to electronically file a Financial Disclosure Statement. The deadline to file, and avoid personal fine/penalty, is April 30th.
