As of Monday evening the Town of Newton was put back on Newton’s water. The contractor completed all work required on the 16” transmission main. Currently the contractor is working on the 10” transmission main and should have work fully completed by next week.
We are looking to go out for auction once again for electricity via EMEX. A presentation will be held on May 27th at our Council meeting and I will participate in the auction on Friday, May 29th at 11:00am.
A very productive Armory environmental meeting was held at Excel on Tuesday with me, Mike Meriney, and NJ representatives. I will send meeting minutes to the governing body shortly.
Routine business discussed at the Statewide Insurance Fund meeting this week.
As of now it looks like Thorlabs will be the only application for review at TRC next week as Dunkin’s Donuts and Taco Bell need to complete their respective applications. I will keep you posted.
