Lorraine's office has prepared the minutes from the January 11th Regular and Special meetings for consideration and approval.

This is for those that wish to address the Town Council but do not plan on staying for the whole meeting. There is a note to the public on the agenda to please keep their comments to a maximum of 5 minutes. This allows ample time for all whom wish to speak and keeps the meeting moving forward. The public can speak on any matter.
COUNCIL & MANAGER REPORTS.
Representatives from the Tree of Health will be in attendance to discuss the 2016 Universal Health Fair.
There is one (1) ordinance for public introduction:
Ordinance 2016-1 will amend Chapter 100, Fees and Costs as discussed at our last meeting.
Resolution #15-2016* will establish procedures for property maintenance appeals.
Resolution #16-2016* will appoint Jennifer A. Dodd to the Recreation Commission.
Resolution #17-2016* will affirm the refund of redemption monies to an outside lien holder for 61 Carriage Lane.
Resolution #18-2016* will affirm the refund of redemption monies to an outside lien holder for 4 Cedar Street.
Resolution #19-2016* will affirm the refund of redemption monies to an outside lien holder for 37 Kory Road.
Resolution #20-2016* will authorize credits due water and sewer utility accounts.
Resolution #21-2016* will approve the participation in the State of NJ Safe and Secure Communities Grant Program.
Resolution #22-2016* will approve bills and vouchers for payment.
1. A membership application from Ryan D. Razzano, 2 Harrison Street, Newton, into the Newton Fire Department.
2. An application for an off-premise raffle (merchandise raffle) from the Catholic Academy of Sussex County, Inc. to be held on May 19th at 6:00pm at 20 Jefferson Street.
