Kathy Citterbart and I attended the ceremonial ground breaking for the new SC Habitat for Humanity Project in Town.
I met with the owners of G&H to discuss their proposal for the development of the site.
Bi-weekly call on RPM Newton Town Centre Project shows that all documents are on track for August and September approvals.
The new sign application for Mitchell Insurance Agency was deemed conditionally complete by the Technical Review Committee of the PB.
Interviews have concluded for the position of DPW Laborer – congratulations to Adam Armstrong for accepting my offer of full-time employment – welcome aboard! Adam starts August 8th.

Dawn and I participated in a rating call with Standard & Poors (S&P Global) on our $4,979,000 general improvement bonds.
I met with representatives of Newton Medical Center (NMC) to further discuss a community service contribution to the Town. I will keep you posted…
