Our next regular Council meeting is Monday, September 26th at 7:00pm.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Lorraine's office has prepared the minutes from the September 14th Regular and Executive meetings for consideration and approval.

OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
This is for those that wish to address the Town Council but do not plan on staying for the whole meeting. There is a note to the public on the agenda to please keep their comments to a maximum of 5 minutes. This allows ample time for all whom wish to speak and keeps the meeting moving forward. The public can speak on any matter.

COUNCIL & MANAGER REPORTS
Samaritan Inn request for fee/escrow waivers.

ORDINANCES
There is one ordinance for introduction:

Ordinance 2016-13 will amend the current parking rates and fees as discussed at the September 14th meeting.

CONSENT AGENDA
Resolution #158-2016* will authorize credits due Water and Sewer Utility Accounts.

Resolution #159-2016* will authorize bills and vouchers for payment.

THE WEEK IN REVIEW
Morris Lake is 43 inches below spillway. Water restrictions are still in place.

Fox Hollow Lake construction will commence on October 10th.

A very productive meeting with NJ Future was held this week – will keep you posted.
DPW personnel completed their work on the pine swamp diversion so the Town will be able to utilize same this winter.

RFP’s for advertising on the senior bus are due September 28th.

Plans are moving forward on the #2 Firehouse. Key staff met this week onsite to discuss options/layout.

Samaritan Inn was deemed conditionally complete at the TRC meeting on Wednesday for their generator project.

The Planning Board approved the updated Housing Element for the Master Plan Wednesday night as part of the 3rd Round COAH requirements.
