Our next Town Council regular meeting is Monday, November 27th beginning at 7:00pm. A friendly reminder there are five (5) interviews scheduled to be held prior to our next Council meeting beginning at 5:30pm for the position of Public Defender. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Lorraine’s office has prepared the minutes from the three November 13th meetings for consideration and approval.

This is for those that wish to address the Town Council but do not plan on staying for the whole meeting. There is a note to the public on the agenda to please keep their comments to a maximum of 5 minutes and limited to one turn at the microphone. This allows ample time for all whom wish to speak and keeps the meeting moving forward. The public can speak on any matter.
COUNCIL & MANAGER REPORTS
There is one (1) ordinance for Introduction:
Ordinance 2017-22 will prohibit parking on certain portions of Condit Street.
There is one (1) ordinance for 2nd Reading and Public Hearing:
Ordinance 2017-21 will establish minimum and maximum salaries and wages for officers and employees for calendar year 2018.
Resolution #225-2017* will authorize a 100% Disabled Veteran Status and refund of taxes paid.
Resolution #226-2017* will confirm a refund a monies due to a State Tax Appeal.
Resolution #227-2017* will authorize the Town to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with The Canning Group, LLC for Qualified Purchasing Agent services.
Resolution #228-2017* will authorize the payout of vacation and sick time for Ervin Lasso, his retirement is effective December 1, 2017.
Resolution #229-2017* will accept the Fox Hollow watermain replacement project as complete.
Resolution #230-2017* will approve appropriation transfers.
Resolution #231-2017* supports school funding litigation at the request of Dr. Greene and the BOE and Town attorneys.
Resolution #232-2017* will re-appoint Keith Mitchell as Risk Management Consultant for 2018.
Resolution #233-2017* will award the contract for the demolition of Firehouse No. 2 to IBN Construction Corp.
Resolution #234-2017* will appoint the Fund Commissioner and Alternate Fund Commissioner for the Statewide Insurance Fund for 2018.
Resolution #235-2017* will approve bills and vouchers for payment.
