APPROVAL OF MINUTES

Lorraine’s office has prepared the minutes from the March 26th Regular meeting for consideration and approval.
OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

This is for those that wish to address the Town Council but do not plan on staying for the whole meeting.  There is a note to the public on the agenda to please keep their comments to a maximum of 5 minutes and limited to one turn at the microphone.  This allows ample time for all whom wish to speak and keeps the meeting moving forward.  The public can speak on any matter.

COUNCIL & MANAGER REPORTS

Each Councilmember can give an update on various items or Board/Commission actions that have taken place recently.

A representative from the NJ Sharing Network will be in attendance so the Mayor may present a proclamation proclaiming April as “National Donate Life Month”.

HEARING ON THE 2018 BUDGET

I have a PowerPoint presentation on the 2018 budget.

ORDINANCES

None.

OLD BUSINESS

  1. Spring Street Parking Analysis – Harold E. Pellow will be present at the May 14th meeting to review his analysis.

  1. Vapor and Tobacconists Ordinance – Jessica Caldwell will be in attendance at the April 23rd to discuss this draft ordinance.

CONSENT AGENDA

If none of you have any items that you wish to pull from the Consent Agenda, the Mayor shall call for one roll call vote for all of the Consent Agenda items. Many of these resolutions are done annually so they should look familiar to you.
