Hotel reservations have been made for the annual League of Municipalities conference in AC.
I am working with our IT vendor on the taping of Council meetings and will keep you posted. Meetings will be taped the night of the meeting and uploaded the next day on the Town website for public viewing.
Some of our new Summer Interns are starting on Monday, June 5th – welcome to the Team!
Congratulations to Bill Oswin and Adam Armstrong on the recent additions to their respective families.
I met with Dr. Greene this week for our quarterly meeting on Town and BOE happenings.
Contract negotiations with the PBA/SOA are progressing to mediation this upcoming week.
Don’t forget that Newton Day is Saturday, June 9th – Town staff members are still needed to manage our booth and giveaways. Please contact Kimberly Williams to sign up. Full-time non-union employees will receive comp time and part-time staff and interns will be paid their hourly wage.
