Our next Town Council regular meeting is Monday, April 8, 2019 beginning at 7:00pm.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Lorraine’s office has prepared the minutes from the March 25, 2019 Regular meeting for your consideration and approval.
PRESENTATIONS
Chief Richards and Mayor Le Frois will recognize the recent retirees in the Police Department.
OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
This is for those that wish to address the Town Council but do not plan on staying for the whole meeting. There is a note to the public on the agenda to please keep their comments to a maximum of 5 minutes and limited to one turn at the microphone. This allows ample time for all whom wish to speak and keeps the meeting moving forward. The public can speak on any matter.
COUNCIL & MANAGER REPORTS
Each Councilmember can give an update on various items or Board/Commission actions that have taken place recently.

CONSENT AGENDA
Resolution #104-2019* will approve bills and vouchers for payment.
Resolution #105-2019* will reject all bids submitted for pumping services. Our sewer engineer will re-write the bid specs.
Resolution #106-2019* will refund monies due to a State Tax appeal judgment for 64 Mill Street.
Resolution #107-2019* will authorize a redemption of a Town held lien for 31 Hamilton Street.
Resolution #108-2019* will lapse a 2018 appropriation reserve into Trust - Snow Removal Reserve account.
Resolution #109-2019* will authorize the Town renewing our shared services agreement with County for Fire Prevention services.
Resolution #110-2019* will authorize engineering services by PCI for the Sparta Ave Pump Station project.
Resolution #111-2019* will authorize credits to water and sewer utility accounts.
Resolution #112-2019* will authorize Change Orders 1-6 for the Firehouse #2 Renovation project.

EXECUTIVE SESSION
THE WEEK IN REVIEW
Morris Lake is 2 inches above the top of the spillway as of April 5, 2019.
I am finalizing the draft language for our Town/GNCC membership drive letter so same can be mailed out to prospective members shortly.
We met this week with a party interested in building a public parking deck in the downtown area – stay tuned…
Work continues by the engineers involved in the Babe Ruth Field and Pool projects.
The Parking Authority discussed real property acquisition in executive session on Thursday.
We have finalized contracts for both the PBA/SOA and await ratification of same by the bargaining units. Many thanks to all involved.
