OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
This is for
those that wish to address the Town Council but do not plan on staying for the
whole meeting. There is a note to the
public on the agenda to please keep their comments to a maximum of 3 minutes and limited to one turn at
the microphone. This allows ample time
for all whom wish to speak and keeps the meeting moving forward. The public can speak on any matter. Council
may choose to comment after the entire public portion has concluded.
ORDINANCES
There is one
(1) ordinance being introduced.
Ordinance 2020-18 will appropriate $20,000
from the Water Sewer Capital Fund Balance to replace a sewer main section on
lower Spring Street.
CONSENT AGENDA
If
none of you have any items that you wish to pull from the Consent Agenda, the
Mayor shall call for one roll call vote for all of the Consent
Agenda items.
Resolution #176-2020* will approve the
fireworks display on August 8th after the Concert Under the Stars.
Resolution
#177-2020* will authorize
submitting a strategic plan for the Municipal Alliance for the 2020 – 2021
grant cycle.
Resolution #178-2020* will amend the WS
Capital Budget for a sewer main replacement on lower Spring Street. This is done in conjunction with Ordinance
2020-18 above.
Resolution
#179-2020. will
cancel a Trust Police Outside Service Escrow balance in the amount of
$1,040.49.
Resolution
#180-2020* will
authorize payment of bills and vouchers.
