APPROVAL OF MINUTES

The Clerk’s office has prepared for consideration and approval the minutes from:

1.     December 14, 2020 – Special Meeting

2.     December 14, 2020 – Regular Meeting

OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

This is for those that wish to address the Town Council but do not plan on staying for the whole meeting.  There is a note to the public on the agenda to please keep their comments to a maximum of 3 minutes and limited to one turn at the microphone.  This allows ample time for all whom wish to speak and keeps the meeting moving forward.  The public can speak on any matter.  Council may choose to comment after the entire public portion has concluded.

COUNCIL & MANAGER REPORTS

Each Councilmember can give an update on various items or Board/Commission actions that have taken place recently.

OLD BUSINESS

ORDINANCES

There is one (1) Ordinance for Introduction:

Ordinance 2021-1 will re-appoint Harold E. Pellow & Associates, Inc., as the Town’s Municipal Engineer, for calendar years 2021, 2022, and 2023.

CONSENT AGENDA

Resolution #53-2021* will cancel certain Capital appropriation balances and credit them back to the Reserve for Fire Museum.

Resolution #54-2021* will Cancel Appropriation Balances in the Water Sewer Capital Fund for projects which have been completed.

Resolution #55-2021* authorize payment of bills and vouchers.

Morris Lake is 2 inches above the top of the spillway as of January 4, 2021.

Modified building hours are still in operation without any significant delays or issues to report.
