Council but do not plan on staying for the whole meeting. There is a note to the public on the agenda
to please keep their comments to a maximum of 3 minutes and limited to one turn at the microphone. This allows ample time for all whom wish to
speak and keeps the meeting moving forward.
The public can speak on any matter. Council may choose to comment after
the entire public portion has concluded.

2021-1 will re-appoint Harold E.
Pellow & Associates, Inc., as the Town’s Municipal Engineer for calendar
years 2021, 2022, and 2023.
CONSENT
AGENDA
Resolution #56-2021* will authorize a d Required Disclosure
Contract with Fire & Safety Services, Ltd.
Resolution #57-2021* will appoint Jarrod C. Cofrancesco as Alternate Municipal
Prosecutor for 2021.
Resolution #58-2021* will rescind Resolution 258-2020, and formally authorize
Change Order No. 3 for the pool renovation project and accept the contract as
complete.
Resolution #59-2021* will authorize entering into a shared
services agreement with the Township of Wantage for Animal Control Services for
the remainder of 2021.
Resolution #60-2021* will renew the Junk Dealers License for
George’s Salvage Company.
Resolution #61-2021* will renew the Junk Dealers License for Newton
Auto Exchange.
Resolution #62-2021* will authorize the refund of redemption
monies due to an outside lienholder for 17 Hillside Avenue.
Resolution #63-2021* will approve bills and vouchers for payment.
