This is for those that wish to address the Town Council but do not plan on staying for the whole meeting.  There is a note to the public on the agenda to please keep their comments to a maximum of 3 minutes and limited to one turn at the microphone.  This allows ample time for all whom wish to speak and keeps the meeting moving forward.  The public can speak on any matter. Council may choose to comment after the entire public portion has concluded.

Each Councilmember can give an update on various items or Board/Commission actions that have taken place recently. I will have a proclamation for Child Abuse Prevention Month to be noted for the record.

CONSENT AGENDA

Resolution #87-2021* will be our self-exam of the 2021 budget.

Resolution #88-2021* will authorize the Chief Financial Officer and Town Manager to execute documents on the Town’s behalf with the USDA for funding for the Sparta Avenue Pump Station Replacement Project.

Resolution #89-2021* will name Topology NJ as the Town’s conflict Planner.

Resolution #90-2021* is a resolution authorizing the use of a three-year average on realized revenues as the anticipated revenues in the 2021 budget.

Resolution #91-2021* will concur with the Utility Advisory Board on their recommendation of the water/sewer connection fees for Quantum Realm.

Resolution #92-2021* will authorize the submission of the Safe and Secure grant application.

Resolution #93-2021* will authorize the submission of the Historic Site Management Grant on behalf of the Town.

Resolution #94-2021* will approve bills and vouchers for payment.

Morris Lake is 4 inches above the top of the spillway as of March 5, 2021.

Modified building hours have been adjusted; we are now open to the public 9:00am to 4:00pm.  Staff hours remain 8:30am to 4:30pm.
