APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Lorraine's office has prepared the minutes from the March 28th Regular and Executive meetings for consideration and approval.
OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
This is for those that wish to address the Town Council but do not plan on staying for the whole meeting. There is a note to the public on the agenda to please keep their comments to a maximum of 5 minutes. This allows ample time for all whom wish to speak and keeps the meeting moving forward. The public can speak on any matter.
COUNCIL & MANAGER REPORTS.
Louise Wilson will give a PowerPoint presentation from New Jersey Future. Please see a copy of the presentation that has been shared with you on the Google Drive.
There are no ordinances for consideration.
Resolution #52-2016 will authorize the Mayor and Clerk to enter into an Easement Agreement with the owners of 14 Briarwood Court in Sparta regarding an existing waterline easement.
If none of you have any items that you wish to pull from the Consent Agenda, the Mayor shall call for one roll call vote for all of the Consent Agenda items.
Resolution #60-2016* will authorize the refund of redemption monies to an outside lienholder for Block 17.01, Lot 6 also known as 99 Woodside Avenue.
Resolution #61-2016* will support the submission of a Tonnage Grant application for recycling to the State of New Jersey, DEP.
Resolution #62-2016* will approve bills and vouchers for payment.
Resolution #63-2016* will certify a self-examination of the 2016 Budget.
Resolution #64-2016* will authorize a water connection fee agreement with the developer of 178-180 Spring Street.

Morris Lake was 21 inches below the top of the spillway on 4.4.16.
Document review continues on the exciting RPM Newton Town Centre project with the financial agreement, ground lease, developers agreement and deeds being worked on as we speak.
My quarterly meeting with Dr. Greene went very well – lots of exciting things happening on both ends of Trinity!
Routine business to be discussed by Parking Authority on Thursday.
