Morris Lake was 21 inches below the top of the spillway on 6.13.16.
The valve that was leaking on Woodside Avenue and Route 206 was repaired by the DPW crew on Wednesday evening. Congrats on a fast repair! Water was only shut down for 2 hours.
The final draft of the specifications for Fox Hollow Lake is being submitted down to USDA for authorization to go out to bid for this project. The Town is hoping to be out to bid in July with bids coming back in August and the construction to commence in September.
I attended the yearly MCCPC luncheon in Randolph – always great to connect with colleagues in other communities who understand the value of shared services.
Thorlabs application for a new outdoor compressor at 56 Sparta Avenue was deemed complete by the TRC and will be heard by the Planning Board on July 20th.
The Planning Board approved the 19 Merriam Avenue project on Wednesday evening.
The RPM project is on track with legal counsel working on the redevelopment agreement, cross easements, and the ground lease. RPM is working with JCP&L to schedule the utility relocation for this summer.
