I want to thank Deb Danielson, Kat Walker, and the Recreation Commission for another successful Miss Newton contest at PSS. The children and families (and your favorite emcee) truly enjoyed themselves immensely.
Thanks to everyone who volunteered or worked on Newton Day! A great time was had by all.
The pedestrian safety grant for the TransOptions program got shifted from 2017 to 2018 due to funding changes so we will look to do part 2 of the program next year.
Update on legislation from Sen. Oroho was emailed to Council this week.
Our trip to Haddonfield, NJ was positively delightful! It was great to see a thriving and successful Business Improvement District and Downtown in person. If you are ever able to visit, please do so.
