NO Emergency Alert Light	When the “Emergency Alert” button appears regular, no emergency conditions/road closures exist in the Town of Newton at this time.
RED Emergency Alert Light	When the “Emergency Alert” light is RED an Emergency Condition/Road Closure exists in the Town of Newton.
