JCP&L would like to remind its customers to report power outages by calling 888-544-4877 (1-888-LIGHTS). To ensure safety, customers should contact JCP&L, their local police or fire department to report any downed wires and are cautioned to never touch downed wires because they may still be carrying electricity. Customers should also never attempt to remove trees, branches or limbs from power lines.
