With input from teacher, Jim Hofmann and the students of the Halsted Middle School technology classes the Town of Newton adopted Ordinance 2009-22. In appreciation of the thier efforts the Governing Body presented Mr. Hofmann and his students with a procalamtion at thier meeting on Monday, September 28, 2009.
