There are four loading zones in the downtown area all marked with yellow signs and painted road ways. Spring Street has two loading zones with 20-minute time limits for loading and unloading. The loading zones are strictly enforced Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm. These areas can be used as a regular parking area with a two-hour limit all other times.
Adams Street loading zone is for loading and unloading only and it may not be used as a parking space. Tractor Trailers are not permitted in this loading zone.
Trinity Street loading zone is for loading and unloading only and it may not be used as a parking space. Tractor Trailers are permitted in this loading zone.
